content of your web site.
Please note that this list is just a suggestion of items that you can include.

Organizations and Awards:

It would be helpful to have these items on CDs or Floppy Disks or on your hard
drive to e-mail to us.  If you do not have these items digitally,
we can always do that for you as scanners and digital cameras are at our disposal.

After you have gathered up this information, you will get some idea of the content you would like to have included on your web site.  Decide what is the purpose of your web site.  What direction would you like your site to go into?  Together we will define your needs and outline all the requirements that you have for your web site.  We want you to be totally satisfied with the work that we submit to you.  Please let us know anything that you would like to have included and have your customers see and remember when they visit your site.

The next item to start thinking of is what you would like your domain name to be.  Some tips on how to decide what your domain name should be are as follows:

1. Base your web site and domain name on your company name.
To avoid complications in customers remembering your web site, have everything named the same or close to the same as possible.

2. Make a list of ALL potential domain names.
The first domain name that you have in mind may already be taken.  It is better to think of all potential names that you may want before the time of acquiring your domain name so we can register your company quickly.  You can also try listing the hyphenated version of your company if the non-hyphenated form may not be available.  You can also try using .com, .net, .biz...etc...  Whichever you will be able to register, highly promote your site with the full name so that you will not confuse the customer.

3.  Shorter domain names are much easier for others to remember.
Not only are shorter names easier to remember, but easier to type and less likely to be confused.

Lastly, please know that our company stands behind everything we do and want you to be happy with everything we do for you.  We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have at any time.  We are here to help you and you, the customer, is our number one priority.  Contact us at anytime.
